Most sending difficulties have a precise explanation, often linked to how a message is encoded or to the number entered. Each page below starts from a symptom you observe and works back to its causes, sorted by frequency.

What we can't guarantee you

Our service attests that a message was accepted for delivery, not that it appeared on the recipient's mobile. The SMS format includes no read receipt, and this service doesn't provide a delivery receipt. No page on the site can therefore certify to you that a message was indeed read.
