Responsible use charter
Being free makes sending easier, it doesn't authorise unlawful uses. Here are the rules of the game.
A simple principle
A free service places no one above the law. Envoyer SMS Gratuit is reserved for personal, occasional, lawful use that respects others.
Strictly prohibited uses
Prohibited in particular are: harassment, threats, insults, blackmail and defamation; identity theft; incitement to hatred or violence; any unlawful content; commercial solicitation and automated or mass sending; any attempt to circumvent the anti-abuse delay.
Traceability
Sends are logged (IP address, timestamp) and may be disclosed to the competent authorities upon judicial request. The fact that the service is free doesn't prevent identification by the justice system in the event of an offence.
Consequences in the event of abuse
In the event of non-compliance with this charter, the publisher may block the number and IP address concerned, suspend access to the service without notice and cooperate with the authorities.
Respect a refusal of contact
If a person clearly does not wish to be contacted, stop all sending immediately. Repeated and unwanted messages constitute harassment, punishable by law.
