Using Envoyer SMS Gratuit constitutes acceptance of these terms of use.

The service is intended for personal, lawful and respectful use. Any abusive, fraudulent, malicious or unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.

The fact that the service is free does not exempt anyone from obeying the law: sends are logged, including the IP address, and may be handed over to the authorities upon request. Harassment, threats, defamation, identity theft and unlawful messages are strictly prohibited and traceable.

The publisher may block any number or IP address in the event of a breach of these terms and pass abuse on to the competent authorities.

As SMS is not end-to-end encrypted, do not record any highly sensitive information in it. No guarantee of delivery time or successful receipt can be claimed.
