Data we process
To send an SMS, we process the recipient's number, your email address and the content of your message. To prevent abuse, we record technical data, including the IP address and the timestamp of the send. No account is created and no advertising profile is built.
Purposes and legal bases
Delivering your message rests on the performance of the service you request. The logging (IP address, timestamp) and the fight against abusive use rest on our legitimate interest in providing a safe, reliable and untampered service.
Retention period
Data is kept for the period strictly necessary to deliver the message, prevent abuse and comply with our legal obligations, then deleted.
Data recipients
Your data is neither sold nor handed over to third parties for commercial purposes. The message passes through our SMS gateway in order to be delivered. Sending data may be disclosed to the competent authorities upon judicial request.
Free service and responsibilities
The service is provided free of charge, with no account or bank card. Being free doesn't exempt anyone from lawful use: unlawful use (harassment, threats, identity theft) remains traceable and engages the responsibility of its author.
Security and encryption
SMS is not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid recording sensitive information in it, such as passwords or bank details.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. To exercise them, write to contact@dimsolution.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and tracking
The service works without any advertising cookie or tracking for marketing purposes.
