I received no reply
The reply doesn't arrive where you expect it.
It's the most frequent question, and it rests on a simple misunderstanding: the message comes from the service's sending number, not yours. The recipient's reply therefore comes back to that number and appears on a public page, never on your phone: that's the principle of a free send without sign-up.
The causes, from the most common to the rarest

The reply arrived on the sending number, not with you
The recipient replies to the number they see, that of the service. Your own number was never given to them, and the form never asked you for it.

The recipient didn't know who was writing to them
Without a signature in the text, they received a message from an unknown number and simply didn't follow up.

The reply isn't visible yet
The list of received messages stays cached for a few minutes: a very recent reply may not appear immediately.

If they know you, they may have reached you by another means rather than replying to the displayed number.
