Give notice 24 to 48 hours ahead

That window gives time to reorganise while keeping the appointment in mind. A reminder sent a week earlier generally ends up forgotten.

Put the date and time up front

When is the ideal time to send a reminder?

24 to 48 hours before the appointment, during the day. Avoid late sends: in France, SMS marketing is banned between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., on Sundays and public holidays.
