The fake training-account scam

This message warns you that your training rights are about to disappear, or offers to unlock them before they evaporate. This scam has a feature that makes it easier to settle than all the others: since the law of 19 December 2022, commercial cold-calling targeting the personal training account is quite simply banned. No message of this kind can therefore be legitimate.
How this scam works
The scammer seeks to recover your login credentials for the public service, then to have your rights pay for a fictitious or worthless course delivered by a complicit body. Unlike other frauds, you don't lose money from your bank account: you lose acquired rights, which is often discovered far too late. The expiry argument is, moreover, a lie, as these rights are subject to no such deadline.
