Is there a sending limit?

There's no posted quota or send counter to watch. Everyday use — a few messages here and there, a reply to a listing, a note to a loved one — goes through with no restriction. That's very much the spirit of a free, sign-up-free service.

Reasonable frequency caps trigger only in case of abnormal behaviour: dozens of sends in a burst from the same source, typical of a script or a spam attempt. These thresholds are set well above any realistic human use.

These safeguards aren't a constraint, they're the condition of being free: without them, the service would quickly be saturated by bots and become unusable for everyone. By keeping them discreet, we protect open access for legitimate uses.
